Q35M Series 2 stations Turn Table type Shot Blasting Machine is Q35 Series upgraded products.
(Q35M) The turntable is installed on the revolving door with bearing. With the opening of the door, the turntable will turn out. It is very convenient to take and place the work-piece.

(Q35M) The turntable is divided into indoor and outdoor parts by the rubber sealing curtain of the cleaning room. Indoor cleaning, outdoor revolving and the work-piece loading and unloading, with high productivity.
Especially suitable for the surface cleaning of the work-piece which has the feature of flat; thin wall and fear collision.
The work-piece is placed on the low-speed rotating workbench, and the Impeller Head is arranged on the upper and side of the cleaning room to shoot the work-piece.
It is required that the height of the cleaned parts shall not exceed 300 mm. (this height refers to the local height of the parts, not the height of all parts on the whole turntable).
The weight of a single piece shall not exceed 50 kg for small parts.
Generally applicable to the work-pieces with cleaning requirements only for one side (flat parts).

4.Detailed description:

Every Shot Blasting Machine has the same configurations, such as: Cleaning room; Impeller Head assembly; Screw Conveyor; Bucket Elevator; Dust Removal system, they are the common parts for the shot blasting machine, just the specification is different. I won’t elaborate here, mainly talking about the Turn table mechanism and Transmission mechanism.
Turntable mechanism: turntable is installed in the cleaning room(Q35) or installed in the doors(Q35M). Its rotation is driven by reducer. It is a net disc welded by flat steel, with wear-resistant protective plate laid on the surface, which can bear the wear of shot blasting.
Transmission mechanism: this mechanism is the part that drives the turntable to rotate. It is composed of reducer, chain and sprocket. The reducer drives the turntable to rotate through chain transmission.

5.Main part explanation:

Impeller Head: the Impeller Head is composed of impeller, blade, distribution wheel, directional sleeve, main shaft, end protective plate; side protective plate; top protective plate; etc.,
The steel shot flows into the distribution wheel through the guide pipe of the separator,
Then through the outlet of the directional sleeve, it is thrown to the work-piece through the blade to accelerate, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
The direction of the steel shot from the Impeller Head is determined by the directional sleeve, which can change the shot position.
Before use, the user should adjust the directional sleeve of the Impeller Head to the appropriate position, and then fix the directional sleeve.
